Pearl-Lang offers FREE fast shipping on all orders. All of our deliveries are insured and can be tracked after your order is dispatched.
We also offer a paid priority shipping option for customers who need an expedited delivery service. You can select this option at the shipping stage of your checkout process.
For orders over $800, we offer the priority shipping service for free.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
You will be notified by email once your order has been processed and your payment has been cleared. Once we have dispatched your order, you will then receive a second email including your tracking number and the courier details.

Please note that packages shipped to countries outside the UK may be subject to local taxes, customs charges and other administration fees. The free shipping service we provide does not include any of these charges and you’re responsible for these payments as a result of imports.
It is your responsibility to ensure your dispatch address is correct when placing the order. If, in any case, you have provided the wrong address, please let us know as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, you will not be able to change your delivery address.
You will receive a tracking number with the courier details once the order is sent out. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to receive your order at the shipping address specified by you. If, for any reason, your order is unable to be delivered, you will be responsible for the repeated delivery charge.
Refused packages and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties, taxes and admin charges.
All our products are insured during shipping until they reach you. Once the delivery is complete and confirmed, we no longer have ownership of the products and our insurance will not cover their loss or damage.
If an item is out of stock, or cannot be supplied for any reason, we will contact you within one business day of the order being placed. In cases where we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund your card and your order will be cancelled.
